Evolutionary astrology is a style of astrology that understands each person’s birth chart as a map of the soul’s evolution
— Steven Forrest

1:1 natal chart reading

This is a foundational birth chart reading where voice is given to the astrological archetypes. The intention here is self-awareness, validation of experience, and an understanding of the unique soul’s evolution.

We will meet on zoom for 1 hour. It is a time for active listening while the chart information is shared. There will be moments for reflection and questions if desired but not required.

These readings are for everyone with an interest in self-inquiry, whether or not you are familiar with your astrological chart.

  • Evolutionary astrology is a style of chart interpretation. It uses the astrological archetypes to mirror the self and to speak to the soul’s journey.

Evolutionary astrology honors the idea that our consciousness evolves through lifetimes—that there are certain karmic signatures present that inform our current reality.

The intention of this work is to honor the gifts of who we are, see patterns of being, and encourage empowered choice. Astrology in this way is not about prediction or fortune-telling, it is about becoming an active participant in our soul’s evolution.

  • A natal chart is based on the moment you are born, becoming your personal map. A natal reading is an interpretation of your true self, gifts, and ways of being as it is written in the stars at the moment of your birth.

We will go over your planetary placements within the archetypes, as well as speak to your soul’s evolutionary path. This is the foundation of understanding yourself through the language of astrology.

A natal reading will not speak to the current astrological energy. This type of reading is called a transit reading. If you have significant energies impacting you at this time I may mention it for your awareness, however my focus is on the interpretation of self through the natal chart.

  • Anyone and everyone interested in self reflection. This information will be a wonderful foundation if you are new to astrology, and it will also deepen your understanding if you have already worked with your chart in some way.

  • Tropical western astrology and the placidus chart system.

  • In order to have an accurate birth chart reading it is necessary to have your birth date (month, day and year), your birth place (town, country) as well as your exact birth time (to the minute— this part is important to make sure the rising sign and planets are placed correctly.) Your exact birth time should be recorded on your birth certificate.

  • Yes. It is important that this work is accessible to everyone. If you are in need of a sliding scale payment option, please reach out.
